The comparison game on social media is so lethal, and has been on my mind a lot lately. It’s so easy to look at the numbers on Instagram, and feel like that’s what defines your self worth! At least that has been the case for me — So I was thrilled when my friend Alexa asked me to be a guest on her new podcast series “Munchin with Moguls”. We talk about embracing your self worth, and over looking others highlight reels on social media. I also share my story along with some embarrassing confessions, and Alexa was sure to keep the podcast super real by not editing out my mistakes! This podcast could have easily gone on for two hours because I’m such a chatter box — So I’ll be writing more on this topic later!
